What you will study

How public offices, towns and regions work, and how to develop them.

The fields the programme is made of. UKompas sets the shares from the programme's name and its classification in the register, not from the curriculum.

Bachelor's, taught in Czech

Conditions for 2026/27. The faculty has not published new ones yet; treat these as last year's, they may change.

The entrance exam is the Scio general study aptitude test (analytical part × 0.7, verbal × 0.3; the best result of the last three years counts). A language certificate at B2 or above adds 10 points. A secondary-school average of up to 1.50 gets in without the exam.

Exam

No exam, also through
  • secondary-school grade average
  • a competition or olympiad
Exam Scio aptitude test
Applicants register with Scio themselves and allow the results to be passed to the faculty in their profile; tests from the last three years are accepted. Without the bonus the maximum is 100 points.
Extra points Language certificate: +10 points
For a state or internationally recognised language exam at B2 or above (not in Czech and not in one's mother tongue); a certified copy is needed.
No exam No exam, on grades
An average of up to 1.50 across all compulsory subjects in the mid-year and end-of-year reports of the penultimate year and the mid-year report of the final year, at a Czech or Slovak secondary school.
No exam Competitions
A top-10 place in the NF dean's prize for secondary-school work in economics, or a top placing in national rounds of SOČ and subject olympiads.

Other requirements: Documents for a waiver or the bonus go into the application by 31 May, as certified electronic copies (Czech POINT).
